Input Audio Device - Failed to open line6 toneport ux1

First off, here's the info
1. Live Lite Line 6 Edition (5.2.2.)
2. Windows Vista
3. Line 6 Toneport UX1
4. The Problem -
Everything was working absolutely fine until today. I was able to record through toneport into live with no problems. However, I did change the settings around on the input and output panel so I could hear the recording through my speakers and not headphones via toneport. Ever since then it's all gone bad and I can't record into live.
When I go Options > Preferences > Input Audio Device is says no input. I then click the drop down and select Digital Audio Interface (line 6 toneport ux1) DX, which brings up this message -
Failed to open the audio input device "Digital Audio Interface (Line 6 Toneport UX1) DX"
I have re-installed live and i've re-installed the drivers for toneport but it still keeps coming up with that error message. I honestly don't know what else I can do. I really do hope you can help me!
I checked the forums and I couldn't find anyone who had the same problem as me, which I found strange...
Please could you let me know how I could solve this problem. If I have missed any other information which may be beneficial please let me know.
