os x.4.11, live7 and midi... problem...

live is running great on my system.... but:
the only issue i have is a bug with live 7 and midi. everytime i run live 7 and quit it, i can't start another programme using midi without a reboot of my system. there is no midi running anymore... (no ins, no outs)
i haven't found anything like that at the ableton forum, so it could be a problem with my system...
please help, because it's annoying to restart the computer everytime i have used live7.
the same thing happened when using live7 as rewire slave with logic8. after quitting live&logic and reopen a software using midi, midi doesn't work. i have to restart the computer again.
