After using live 7 for a while, playing notes with my controller on any vsti doesn't stops producing sound.. it's weird... and very random.

Does it start producing sound?

I get sound, and all works without any problems for an uncertain amount of time. The weird thing is that at any given moment the sound wont playback while i hit keys on my controller. Messing with any of the parameters doesn't seem to fix it. I haven't been able to figure out what it is that makes it come back - usually I'm not able to get it back and I stop making music out of frustration. The next time I load live 7, all seems fine again, until it decides it doesn't want to play noises when i stroke a key on my controller anymore. Usually when I'm deep into a groove, messing with cool notations and such... Also, all is fine with the notes in my editor - the sound plays back there.


Also, the new live doesn't seem to handle the cpu's like 6.0.7 did. just throwing that out there.


It's a shame, if this version of live behaved like 6.0.7 did, this would be the ultimate host program of all time for me.

Unfortunately, for productivity reasons I've gone back to Live 6.0.7 as I can't seem to get anything accomplished with the new Live 7.

Now only if Multiple instances of NI Massive wasn't giving me issues - I'd be off to the races. (Massive crashes ableton)
