What happened to my SampleTank (2.5) instruments?

I've lost the loaded instruments (not the actual sample files) in all instances of ST 2.5 in all my Live sets.
The only three actions of mine that I can think of that might have caused it is:
1) I deleted C:\Documents and Settings\user\My Documents\Ableton\Library\Samples\Processed.
2) I re-installed Live 6 (keeping 7 and still working with it).
3) I deleted some SampleTank sounds (that I didn't use) in C:\Program Files\IK Multimedia\SampleTank 2.x\Instruments\SampleTank 2XL.
I'm completely baffled by this. It'll be an assload of trouble to reconstruct my sets.
Where would the data for loaded SampleTank instruments have been stored?
