i have been using ableton 6 for some times and i noticed that compared to productions rendered with logic have a very different sound quality.
on logic, all the instruments seem distinc and with live, all the sound seem to stick to each other and these production are very noticeable in clubs when u hear that the sound quality is different...
maybe i have to use another sequencer or use eq or compressors (which i dont really understand)..
help please!!!

If you are on PC you may require EQ's AND Compressors. Don't underestimate that... 'cause Bill Gates and whatnot.

There are plenty of pro producers who use Live 6 very successfully. Get yourself some quality 3rd party plug ins. Or Live 7 cos the audio engine is bloody brilliant.

funny that someone who admits to not really understanding EQ and compression nonetheless thinks the problem is live rather than user error of one sort or another.
