Bootcamp

Do many people use this on a Mac?? If so, how stable is it..
i use ableton 5 and 6 on G4 1ghz 768 ram and now 7 on G5 dual 2ghz 3,5 ram
and sometimes it crash anyway.... thats is problem of softwares.
