Live has crashed a few times on me now when I have a drum rack open, with the view expanded in the mixer, and I move channels around from left to right. Like if I want my kick to be on the far left channel of the drum rack, and I switch its place with my snare for instance. Note this is not on the pads section at the bottom, I'm talking about when you expand at the top where the clips are. Thanks!

Also, in the pads section, say I want to drag a pad to a new location, I can only drag within the selected sixteen, not past further down the rack. This isn't a bug, but should be implemented.

As well, a way to copy and paste pads would be excellent.

Have you tried some of those things in the chain list, instead of on the pads?
