Live 7 NOT syncing with Nuendo 3.2

Ok I am trying to use Live 7 as a Rewire slave to Nuendo but I just can get them to sync.
I am using a M-Audio Delta 1010LT Asio driver, but even when I try the default drivers with Nuendo they don't sync.
I had a kick loop and a vst bass line in Live that locked up great, then I wanted to remove the bass line from live and put it in nuendo and use Live as a loop tool only.I thought it would be a no brainer but they just don't sync .
I even played the kick only in Live with the metronome in Nuendo and there is an obvious problem.

Is this a bug, anyone had the same problem, or am I just doing something wrong

It's a shame, I was just starting to enjoy Live's loop posibilities

And while I'm at it, why some vst's work and some not for ex. when u try to use albino the interface is messed up, you can't see it,the same is with some waves plugins, mostly the newer ones

and also while I'm at it why can't I change the asio drivers latency buffer,it's locked while Live is runing, and even when I close Live and change the latency in the control panel, when I run Live again it changes it back

Nuendo, Waves, etc. Thats US$ 4-5k of software.

You are either very rich or running a bunch of warez/cracks (if you are these often crap up on driver changes, latency changes and rewire). Let's assume you are rich...

Live works superb on rewire to Cubase SX3 for me - all my software is official, licensed, legitimate software with dongles and serial codes registered.

You can only change latency buffers in the rewire host (some warez versions are not complete so may not allow this adequately).

BTW - Nuendo has an official forum where I'm sure they would be happy to help if you are a legitimate customer. You need to have your USB key serial code entered and they are very helpful.
