compressor not draggable

i bet its not intended, therefore a bug >> from the audio effects browsing, you can usually drag an effect from the top level of the folder, by the dragging the folder, rather than from one of the presets inside the folder. its still possible with all effects but compressor I and II . they can be dragged to the track only as a preset.
