one more bug:
when i load a short clicky sample into impulse, it plays somehow "doubled". it doubles the beginning of the sample. weird effect. i have noticed it when i load a 6.0.10 project into 7.0.1 and the click samples sounded weird. .and if i change the mode from A to B, then it plays normally.... hmm... but nothing else changed.
live 7.0.1 is sooo buggy :( i cant wait for the fixed version.

i have an m-audio 2496 and iam using the new driver which looks different than previous because it is the initial vista driver too. and it has an another bug 1 reported t the m-audio. but they doesnt give a shit.
looks like this is te problem, when no one else notices this in 7.0.1

got it!

the bug is:
the 2 types (A and B) affects the shape of stretching. when no stretching applied, never mind its a or b.
but in 7.0.1 the serious bug is that on setting A is the default is the lowest setting : -100. then sounds normal, but cannot shrink the sample, only expand. thats why all the samples you load into impulse sounds cracky.

This will be fixed in the next update:

I never really use stretch in Impulse, so setting to B mode works fine for me.
