passing from Live 5.2 UB complete to Live Lite 6

Hi everybody,
from a couple of months i've used live 5.2 to a friend of mine with his laptop, i'm deciding to buy it but at the moment i wouldn't spend too much money, I've seen on the abletonshop the Lite 6 vers. and all his limits, I'm very confused cause i don't know if wait for a complete software solution or buy Live LE 6 and proceed to learn ecc. ecc.
usually I use maximum 3 tracks audio plus 2 midi, a O2 m audio keyboard and I would like to buy the Novation Remote SL, I heard about some limits on the midi, and what about the midi control? hope on the Le vers works this feature
By the way anyone has a full version of Live 6 for Mac Os X to sell?
