Licenses and bundled software

If I sell my M-Audio Keystation 49e, which comes bundled with Ableton Live Lite, will either the new owner or myself have problems with license issues? I've since bought and upgraded to the full version of Ableton Live 6.

Hi Badnicki,
as you upgraded your Live Lite to become a full version it still is regarded as one single license.
By selling the Live Lite serial you would also sell you full version that is connected to it.
In your "manage account" section you can check the status of your licenses.
