Fast note successions alter sound of ALL Suite instruments

A few weeks ago I wrote about the quoted oddity when using Simpler/Sampler. Unfortunately it seems that the same problems occurs with all new Suite instruments. This will change your sound when you are playing two notes in direct succession to each other, which means that the second note's sound will be altered by the presence of the first note right before it.

I also noticed that changing Audio Buffers to below 128 samples pronounces this problem and further alters sound. My guess is that Plugin Buffers of all (quasi external) Suite instruments are set to be equal to Audio Buffers or are set to a value around 128 samples which leads to problems when playing fast succession of Midi notes into these instruments.

This happens both during a clip and it happens when a clip is looping a clip where the last note end at the clip end and the first note begins at the clip start.

The very first note of a clip is never delayed and as soon as there is a gap/break in between notes the next note will not be delayed. So a single clip can have both delayed and not-delayed notes which makes it impossible to compensate this delay by using Track Delay.
The official explanation to this oddity was:

if the voice management runs out of voices, the oldest one is faded out in 1ms = 44smpls @ 44.1kHz sr. this can cause a delay of one ms. it should help to increase the number of voices and|or to disable retrigger.

I think this is a bug that needs to be fixed for all those people who want to use the Suite instruments consistently. I'm not a Suite user myself but happen to have stumbled upon this when I was checking a problem with Plugin Buffers.

I am not able to reproduce this problem anymore. Electric still sounds very different with fast note succession, but that is probably due to normal modulation of its sound engine. The problem I described was different and could even led to complete sound cancellation in combination with low audio buffers. Normally I only report bugs which I have tested more in-depth. But in this case I cannot remember if I tried a restart before writing the bug-report.

Considering that I do not use the Suite instruments it may well be possible that this was a one-time issue.
