7.0.2b2 - incorrect root note in Drum Racks

Sometimes when I drop a sample onto a Drum Rack pad in 7.0.2b2, the sample loads with an incorrect root note - it should be C3 but often is something different...
I have a default in my Library so that samples are loaded into Sampler (rather than Simpler) when I drop them onto Drum Rack pads as well... this could be where the bug is coming from, but the exact same default worked perfectly in 7.0.1
