Project Folders?

Hello All,
I recently was having drive issues with my MacBook so they shipped it out for repair. When they shipped it out they said it was possible they would have to reformat my drive, but when I got it back nothing was touched. However, when I opened up Ableton Live 6, it acted as though I had opened it for the first time (none of my settings were saved, etc.) It still recognized this computer as the owner and I did not have to re input any serial numbers or info for Ableton or any other programs. The one issue I am having is this:
For some reason Ableton is no longer making Project Folders. Ableton 6 used to make a project folder where I would save a session, and would store the ableton set and any recording in that white project folder. Also, on the project itself it would say (Project "whatever the name of the song is") Now it says (Project Ableton). Does anyone know where I can change this? I went to the Preferences folder but did not really see anything I could change.
Thanks
J
