did anyone experience this?

I've bought live 7 suite today morning (4 hours ago) but still have NOT received email with serial + invoice.

I've contacted the customer care 2 hours ago but have no response from them...

oh my goodness this is wicked!

Its monday and they just opened up. Wait till the coffee kicks in

but still, it was 6 hours from ordering...
