Waves Mondo Mod (need similar AU for MAC)

Hello,
I am looking for a spatial panner with the depth and ability of the Waves Mondo Mod plugin. Audio Unit only please. Hopefully freeware to under $200 MAX. No DSP hardware stuff please. I would like it to be more in depth than the Auto Pan in Live. All your recommendations are appreciated.
