working with audio unquantized and with tempo changes

Hi, how can I drag recorded audio, edited with multiple tempo changes from the arrangement window to the clip window and have it to play from the clip window accurately?
example:editing and cutting a rubato audio track with continuous tempo envelope change, into several clips , in the arrangement window. And then try to come back and have it played from the clip window.
Live7, macbook, 2.4ghz, 2gb ram.
