Sticky mouse!

Sometimes i'm getting this weird mouse behaviour.
It becomes kinda sticky, can't change parameters smoothly, if i click on something, it seems to start moving right away and have a mind of its own.
But it's only with live's mixer, envelopes, etc.
Not with 3rd party plugins.
It happens randomly, can't put my finger on what's causing it.
I'm on pc.
