Missing Session Drum & EIC in my upgrade

I ordered my "Live7 upgrade (Box) + Session Drum +Drum Machine" recently. Just got the box yesterday but I only found the Live7 (box), the Session Drums (DVD I assume is missing). Also, I never received any serial number for EIC2 which I assume come with the boxed version.
Anyone has similar situation? Will the Session Drums send in a separate shipment?

Yes, I have the same problem, I'll look some more here in forums, if not I'll call them up, I'm sure they would give you one no problem. Thx Beto

Forums won't help.
Just give them a call and tell them you got the wrong box. Serials are on your infopage here at ableton.com. Probably won't get one in the package.

The unlock codes are not in the Box.
The Box itself reports 'No serials inside'.
Upon your payment you should have received the codes with the receipt.
Call them and I'm 100% sure that they'll fix the wrong shipment.

Hi all,
thanks for the replies.
I contacted directly through e-mail. Seems they have messed up something when they ship out the box. After some checking on their side, they said they are shipping the Session drums discs to me. I'm still waiting, hope it will arrive soon.
They said the upgrade box does not include the EIC2 licence. So I'm not able to use that.
Hope I'll receive the discs very soon.
