Need help converting to WAV

I have Live Lite Line 6 edition.... I can save the files and it saves each induvidual track as a WAV file but the entire song is only saved as a document and uses Live Lite to open. How do I save the whole session as a WAV so when I sent it to someone, they can open it with itunes or media player and listen to the whole arrangement with all tracks? Thanks in advance for any feedback.

i hope i dont get in trouble by saying this.

So in Live FULL version you can render an entire track in arrangement view.
drag your clips in. run it over a few times. fix. then select the domain and render.
FILE > RENDER
this feature is NOT available on the demo version and probably not on your version.

so.

if you cant do that.

you can send all of your tracks to one Audio track.
so. audio to : audio 4.
now you can mix your set LIVE and run them into that track.
engage clips and set audio 4 to record la da da....

i hope this is not illegal to point out, because before getting the full verison of live, this is how i saved a lot of my thoughts in the demo versions.

you can also, combine those WAV files together using garage band or audacity.

Live (full version) is incredibly fun and you dont have to worry about things like this.

Hi,

Just to point that the "render to disk" should be available in the Live lite Line 6 edition. Select the material you wish to render, in the Arranger, and choose "render to disk" in the File menu.

Even with rendering to disk, here is what I am running into... My/everyones computer says it cannot open the file because it doesn't know what program created it. Then it asks me to search for the program. Now if the person I am sending it to does not have Live Lite, they cannot open it. Any suggestions? Thanks.

if you have rendered to a .wav file, and your computer does not know how to play it,

that does not have anything to do with Live.

it means that no program is registered to handle a .wav file. that is actually kind of hard to believe.

but it is easily solved by telling it to open the file with whatever program - WMP, itunes, etc..

I know I'm on the right track.... but here's the problem I get now. My rendered track is now 10.3MB and it takes forever to load up and is too big for the amount of space on emails, so I can't send it. Thank for the help.

for web use you will probably want to compress it to mp3 or similar

use itunes or wmp or whatever player you favor for that..

Sorry to keep bugging... I compressed it to a zipped folder and it says the folder is smaller... but when I upload it into an email, it won't let me get inside the folder and it tries to send the whole folder with the trac inside. Long story short, I'm still doing something wrong. This is still all new to me.
