Photon x25 + Ableton live issues.

Hello there to everyone.
This is my first post so thanks to all the people in this great comunity.
I just got my photon from ebay. The problem is that it is recognised by ableton, but the only thing that works is audio playback , modulation and pichbend and the piano keys, thats it. No templates no knobs working. I will try the reseting thing after tomorrow when i get my hands on a pc... betwen all i am on a macbook 10.4.11 osx
Any sugestion ideas are wellcome Pliz HELP!!!!!
