"...TempCacheContent.idx could not be renamed..."

Opened Live (6.0.1). Opened a recent Live set. Tried to open a different recent set. And got:
The folder or file "C:\Documents and
Settings\Robb\Application Data\Ableton\Live
Recordings\Decoding Cache\TempCacheContent.idx"
could not be renamed to "CacheContent.idx."
You what?
Tried again and it seemed OK...

Spoke too soon. Opened a few more Live sets (one at a time) and now it has just frozen while trying to load the latest...

Have rebooted, but it's still playing up. It takes about 15 minutes to load a set, and then when I click on the File menu option it freezes for 10 minutes and doesn't do anything.
Seems very unhappy...
