Good morning,

my today bug report very early.

If you take an Instrument Rack with a Sound and assign Pitch to Macro 1.
Then make a clip in this channel, assign Transpose to Macro 1 and go to the clip envelope and look after Macro 1.
Pitch 0 has a Value of 64 in Macro Knob 1. In the Macro 1 envelope you see a line with value 0. If you think that value 64 is Pitch 0, you are wrong.

The clip envelope for Macro 1 work only downwards. If you set the knob to 64 and the clip envelope to 127 and make a envelope, the knob works only between 0 and 64. If set the Knob to 127, the Knob works between 0 and 127.

With other words 127 in the clip envelope is still the maximum value of the selected value of the Macro 1 knob.

Hi,

This is not a "bug" but a matter of how modulation works: the clip envelope is always relative to the actual value of the parameter is modulates. It is the same for other controls, such as volume, sends etc..
In the case of Macro controls, the envelope goes from 0 to 127, and that practically means "0% to 100% of the actual macro knob value".
