I have M-audio Keyrig49 that came with Keyrig software. Ableton works OK with Keyrig49 but Keyrig is dud. So, I sent mail to M-audio who responded 2 weeks later with 'not supported on Vista'. Ok, I thought Ishall use it as VST plugin with Ableton. Still the same - I can choose instruments in rack 1 and 3 but they insist on playing together. Racks 2 and 4 are dead as are all the other knobs/switch on Keyrig. i could not find a way of deinstalling this plug in. So, I turned it off in Preferences and deleted the .dll file in VSTPlugins directory. Now, each time I start Ableton, it complains that it failed to load VST plugin Keyrig and suggest I refer to file/folder tab in Preferences. Incidently, it does not happen with other 'free' plugnins that I am playing with.

How can I deinstall Keyrig plugin?

On another note, is there any way of running Keyrig on Vista? I have tried running it in compatibility mode and it behaves exactly the same.
