ableton rewired into logic

hi
am on live 6 and have it rewired into logic pro 8
am having loads of problems with timing between the 2 of them
even just stopping and re starting a play back of a loop and knock them out of sync does anyone know whats causing this?
Also does live 7 stop this if its a bug?
