I have recently purchased the M-Audio FireWire Audiophile and tried to set up a pre-listen scenario for a dj performance. I am able to achieve a pre-listen condition on outputs 3/4 when I go to the mixer in the M-Audio software setup, but when I press the a/b button on the unit itself... the outputs jump to 1/2 and don't change after that. I have to manually switch it back to 3/4 in the m-audio software mixer.

I need help, cause I read the manual and searched the threads...
It seems like I am the only one that has this problem...

Any help will be much appreciated !

i just bought a firewire audiophile, and i just figured out how to monitor the 'spdif in', but now i'm trying to figure out how to send the signal to ableton live so i can record it. i've already set up my preferences. . .so i'm missing something on the arranger screen, or even the session screen, any takers?

if you tell me it is routing and how to fix it, i'll smack myself in the head.

and now there is a bruise on my forehead...but i figured it out myself.
