Okies, im sure me being bored has mosdef added 2 my curiosity in the questiong. Lets say u had to see all the hardware u owned, but then could keep one piece of kit. what would it be?

it can be anything mind you, an analogue synth, ultra-nice tube preamp, whatever tickles your audio fancy.

I think he means outboard audio gear, FX, and instruments, not computers.

For me it would be my '73 Fender jazz bass.

But you'd have to pull really hard of my death grip on my SidStation and JP-6 to get me to only keep one thing.

I would kill 2 have a JP-6 again. My got jacked afew years ago, it was pretty much my favorite synth of all time. Sorry, but software doesn't come close 2 how sexy that thing sounds. One of these days tho, I'll probably buy another 1 again.....*sigh*

my acoustic guitar, there wouldn't be a place to plug in the electric.

did the irony of keeping a piece of gear that needs other gear to feed it audio escape you? I know they self resonate but still, thought that was funny. it is a GREAT bit of kit though, I'd love to have one.
