Since it is not for sale here in the Qatar yet I need to order from the states.
Are people happy now changing OS10.5? I mainly am worried about stability:
I use:
L7 Suite.
NI Guitar Rig 3.
NI Massive
RME Fireface interface
Nothing else really. Interested to hear you opinions. I only use my mac for music and the occasional email.

As far as I can tell, Live 7 and Massive work great with Leopard. Can't speak to the other programs. I'd go for it.

when leopard was released some months ago, there was instantly all kinds of chatter on the forum about people having problems - that was enough to scare me away for now.

As I'm gigging regularly at the moment I'm in no rush to update. There's nothing in Leopard thats a must-have for me.

i don't care about new leopard functionality...
and i don't wanna 'fix' anything unless it's broken
i'll switch to leopard only when new version of Live requires it.

Still on tiger. No interest in upgrading.

Still on Tiger. I'd like to upgrade but want to see a few issues ironed out first.

I'll probably upgrade once all issues are sorted, it's rock-stable, and I can 100% trust it performing live.
Same criteria for when I'll upgrade to Live 7, too...

Moved on to Leopard.
Had to replace one downloaded object for max/msp with a new version.
Other then that all my applications and drivers work.
Quartz Composer with OSC support
That was enough to make me upgrade.

I'm on Leopard, it's ok, not nearly as stable and carefree as Tiger was admittedly. Looking at the changelog, 10.5.2 will fix a lot of the issues I'm having. I'd say stick with tiger though unless you need a reason to upgrade.
