I am unable to get sound when playing live instruments using my laptop keyboard I can get audio when inserting files so I know it's not a soundcard issue I have deleted my library and downloaded live packs several times I am able to download and extract files but when I install a live pack I get and error message

"only partially installed unable to open database file"
