I have a serious problem with making sidechain compression on live 7.0.2

the sidechaining is different from how 3rd party plugin sidechains work, the Live compressor sidechaining "pulls" the source, so to set the side chain you need to click the little arrow on the compressor window to expand the sidechain panel, you then select the input source from the compressor's sidechain panel...bingo!

C1 has no real sidechain functionality. It's a bit tricky to get him sidechaining.
There you go:

Here you can find a tutorial about how to side-chain, in this video they use a free plugin but it doesn't work also

i caouldn't see the plugin name when i select the bass channel from "Audio To" section, there appears "Track In" only... But also thanks for your cubase trick...

This is Ableton 7 Windows version bug,i think.
I had this problem in 7.0.1 and 7.0.2 with Windows XP.
Mac version works as it should and you can use side-chain trick from abletonguru.com without any problem.
Tested on iMac C2D,Leopard 10.5.2 ,Windows XP Pro ,Ableton 7.0.1-7.0.2 with Wave Arts TrackPlug 5 and Sonalksis SV315Mk2 side-chain compressors.
