Just a quick question here... What's the best way to get clips/loops from session view to arrange view, other than copy/paste... or recording, of course? Say I've mmade a bunch of variations of a drum loop, and I want to put them into arrange view one after the other... If this is obvious, forgive my ignorance!!

just select them and then drag them over to the arranger view, the little circle up in the right corner that switches the view....drag them to that circle and when the view changes drag them to where you want on the page.

Is that the prescribed way? I can't see anything in the manual that mentions doing that, oddly enough?? Seems like there would be more info about using the two different views? Like how to play the info in the session view, if there is stuff in the arrange view, and vice versa?? I know there is a command key, for that, but it doesn't seem to work... without hitting the stop all clips button?? Thanks...

actualy it is in the manual I don't have it in front of me right now, and there is also the info about playing the session view versus playing the arranger view and doing at the same time, maybe download the pdf from the site and search through it by keywords.

Yes, I found it, but when I have clips in the session view and the arrange view at the same time, they seem to play together... Unless I hit all stop? Hmmm... I'll have to check that again... I understand you can record the output of a track to another track... Can that be done with Reason tracks?? Thanks!
