FCB1010 / ableton issues

Hey y'all-
I am using the FCB1010 foot pedal to trigger loops in Live and am having some weird results. When I play the clip i just recorded back, the clip retriggers itself according to what the global quantization is. Any suggestions? I also tried retriggering the clip manually with my mouse and the same problem is also occuring. what can i do?
