could a fluent speaker of jibber-jabber translate what's being said, into the english.
you guys have eagle eyes to recognise that as a vocoder, what gave it away ?

He actually had lunch with the Abes, but it wasn´t planned or anything

The guy has a online-magazin (videos) music related and had allready interviewed Stefan Franke ”Head of Specification" bevore Live 7 came out.

So, he is not like an total stranger

if it is a vocoder and not spectrum with bars.. he's probably not gonna have any other unplanned visits anywhere else

Hm, actually he is just running around, asking everybody "what´s your job?" and get´s confused faces in reply (think ´cause of the camera)

The Abes tell him they got lot´s of presents from customers (4:20).

At 4:35 the guys are not actually telling him what they are doing (you can here them say "top secret"). It´s the scene with the vocoder(??)

look closer.. absolutely spells Vocoder..

I cannot read all letters but the first is a capital 'V', last a smal 'r'..

And the whole word is the right length to spell Vocoder..
