Live as a host for GRMTools Freeze

Problem with Live as a host for GRMTools Freeze plugin.
When you trigger the "Freeze" function directly on the plugin there is no glitch or signal interruption.
When you control that same function (parameter #16) from a key or from a MIDI controller the audio is briefly interrupted on Live outputs.
(OSX 1034, Live 304, GRMTools 1.3, various controllers (Wingman, CS102, Mackie Control)). All controls have the same result. Only with the mouse does it work properly.
Knowing that the use of the mouse in a live situation is very cumbersome is there any way around that, and a cure?
