7.0.2 Random? Hard Crashes

crashes almost everytime...
blue screen - "IRQ_IS_LESS_OR_EQUAL" is all I can make out...before it restarts
couldn't understand why...it seems pretty random
one time when grabbing a macro control....
it crashes even when just pressing the play butt. and leaving it for about 10-15 mins. (no clip playing)
midi ports are all set to MME after Direct gave me cpu spikes when sending CCs out...
current setup:
lenovo intel C2DUO t5200 2gb ram winXP SP3 , midiyoke ,multifaceII, BCR2K, Oxygen8,Evolver,roland R5
