I am using a Korg PadKontrol, and the pads don't automatically adjust to the new note numbers when the focus square is moved up/down, like in the video. I've seen where it says, "If you have a supported controller, like the TriggerFinger" this will work. Is the PK not supported, or do you have to do something to get this working?

So I just got the new issue of SOS, and they spotlight the Drum Racks. In it they say that the PK is one of the supported controllers, but don't give much info about it. Actually they say more info will be coming in later issues...

Do a search, I read about it in another thread but have not had time to fiddle with what was being said.

well, you need to have the korg default set loaded, which is:
Pad 1 – C#4
Pad 2 – A4
Pad 3 – F4
Pad 4 – D#4
Pad 5 – C4
Pad 6 – B3
Pad 7 – A3
Pad 8 – G3
Pad 9 – C#3
Pad 10 – D#3
Pad 11 – G#4
Pad 12 – G#3
Pad 13 – C3
Pad 14 – E3
Pad 15 – F#3
Pad 16 – A#3
on Channel 10. PadKontrol as devce, Port A as input. I remember when I first hadit set up I had some problems with the focus square occasionally being unresponsive, but thinking about it that was probably just in getting everything set up.
Alternatively, look in C:\Documents and Settings\USER NAME\Application Data\Ableton\Live 7.0.2\Preferences\User Remote Scripts
Create a folder, called Padkontrol Edit, or something like that. Hopefully there should be a UserConfiguration file there somewhere. Copy it into your folder, and edit to taste.

I had the same problem but when i did a reset on the PK everything worked
as it should:)
Reset your pK (hold SCENE, press FIXED VELOCITY then press SETTING while it's flashing). Then set it up in Live again by enabling the control surface and Input, then enabling Track and Remote for PADKONTROL PORT A.

That did the trick alright - thank you!
BTW I listened to Machine Men and really enjoyed it.
