L 7.0.2 midi overdub erases notes

Folks,
that must be the 6th time I post about this bug that was in L701, I posted in the beta, and posted there and was totally ignored :
AGAIN : when you record in a previously recorded MIDI clip in overdub mode it erases or shortens previously recorded notes
it's so easy to reproduce, why don't you look at it ???
