Down loading session drums from boxed version not working

Hi Michael
I have already successfully downloaded Live Packs and various EIC instruments and I have the Ableton Suite 7 boxed version and have experienced quite a lot of crash 's trying to load on the Session Drums some work and some give this message The installation could not be completed Session Drums Cold Tight Room:installed only partially(Version2)(index failed: data base disk image is malformed.I have been trying to play the Midi Grooves version 1 recorded by Shawn Pelton but cannot use it without the other Session Drums being loaded.I don't know if the actual disks from the boxed version are not good but thats what I 'am trying to figure out.I hope we can figure out this problem because I really enjoy this program but have experienced some frustration at losing some of my music from the crash's and not being able to download from my boxed version disks.
