I have recently been getting into Richard Devines albums after a friend recommended them to me. Lots of interestings sounds in there. I am quite keen to hear other like minded artists.

Any recommendation for artists who produce a similar type of music?

Richard's giving a lecture at the SPARK festival tomorrow, as well as doing a set at a local club later that night.

I've exchanged emails with him before, but I've never met him. It'll be fun doing so tomorrow :)

Thanks for all the good suggestions. After a quick listen to some of them on Napster, I am going to give the following a really good listen over the next few weeks:

Phoenecia
Lexaunculpt
Bola
alva noto
alva noto + Ryuichi sakamoto

Those into Alva Noto will definitely like the 'Robotron' album by Signal, released last year on raster-noton. A must have.
