You might want to learn a bit about asking questions first.

You still don't know how to ask questions, do you. What do you mean 'time stamps'? Warp markers?
AFAIK, there's no 'faster' way to do it if you want to re-groove a part. Maybe slice it into hits and play it in a drum rack or Sampler?

An old fashioned (Pre Live) way to get an accapela fit, without loosing the original 'vocal groove' is to load both accapela and original version of the track into 2 audio tracks, take the quantise off of the accapela and move the sample untill the words fit exactly to the original tune.
Other wise, I've not found a vocal sample (or any audio for that matter) yet that can't be crow-barred with warp markers into the beat. One of lives best features imo.
As for a way to to this quickly; Vocals need to be spot on to gell with your groove though maybe a mixture of the above would speed things up.

@warminstrel: +1!
another way is to use a good quality delay-plug and play with the delay-time until the groove of the vocal fit with the basic-groove.
