Hello.
I have a few songs uploaded on a myspace music page that I've made in ableton while traveling the seven seas on a majestic sailboat. Have a listen if you would like and tell me your feelings.

I liked the two you have up. The changes flow very well. Probably all that time on the boat.
There was a deep bass sound that came in on Yacht that seemed
a little high in the mix but that is the only criticism I have.
Nice work.

The wind is dying down. I'm afraid that If I don't get anymore feedback I may be stranded in the middle of the ocean.

The sound at the beginning of r complex reminds me a bit of the sound of someone breathing from an oxygen tank! Nice flowing, disorienting beats too.
I like Tapeworm too, very Calypso-esque! But don't like the name, sorry, ew...haha...
And Yacht reminds me of some sort of factory, very industrial, I like it.

thank you. R complex was written inside a large oxygen tank. It's just an improvisation i did the other night that i decided to throw up.

Hi,
i like your sound dude. Nice intricate beats in yacht and swelling sounds from the deep. Kinda reminds me of Amon Tobin (if i may). Tapeworm is very cool too. I like the lush pads, and generally your transitions are sweet.
Can you share a few words on your setup, plugs and technique?
Well done matey—ships ahoy, eh?

thanks papadada.
I basically just take different impulses and modify the different parameters on each sample for the drums. Everything else is just different live instruments. It's all organized in arrangement mode. Typically I don't use many plugins- you may occasionally catch me with dblueglitch or supatrigger. It's all pretty basic stuff. I use alot of erosion, bit reduction and reverbs too. Let me know if you have any other questions.
