Midistroke and 360 degree knobs

Post by blue-rinse » Sun Mar 16, 2008 12:31 am

Hello. Midistroke works quite well for me in Live but for some reason when I set the command for copy, apple c to a drum pad, it always copies the entire folder in the browser or all the clips in session. How can I get it to work to only copy single files? When a clip or a file is highlighted and I press apple c on my lappie, a single file is copied. However when I map the same command to my drum pad it wants to copy everything.

Also i have a question regarding 360 degree knobs. Is it possible to assign them to midistroke where you can turn it right to browse down and left to browse up? I have an Akai mpd 24 and I'd like to be able to move up and down folders in Live with the 360 knobs a la Rane ttm57sl in serato.

Thanks!
