Clip Envelopes dont show the right values on pos/neg. knobs

Hello Ableton,
i still doesnt see the bug fix for this behavior in 7.03b6 and i anounced it 2 times.
When you take a Drum Rack, insert one sample and make a makro for pitch for this simpler.
The pitch knob has positve and negative values (-48--0--+48).
Make an empty clip.
When you go to the clip envelopes for macro knob pitch, you will realize, that you can change the envelope from -48 to 0 but not from 0 to +48.
This happens also i.e. on reaktor 5 for this sort of knobs.
Can you fix it, please.
