Is there a way to add a new folder to the device browser (i.e. so I can store all device presets I use in a live setting in one place without having to sort through everything)? Or is there a way to store these in the file browser?

you mean as if you could right-click on the device list and choose "create folder" in the context menu and it, like, adds a folder.
Perhaps if we all wish together and then go and look at the application it might magically be there.
Already.

Hey Thanks! Unfortunately I don't have the luxury of spending all day in my mother's basement playing computers so I guess I'm a little slow on the learning curve.

I'm not sure where your mothers basement comes into it, but as for 'playing' ...
It seems a little odd to go on a forum asking a question about an obvious function. I mean .. where did you expect it to be?
Where had you actually tried, I mean it is actually in the most obvious place surely? Where do you go in any filesystem to add a new folder .. exactly there I think.
I don't mean to be a dick about this, but it comes naturally in certain circumstances.
