Ableton Devices Sections Focus, Working Axiom 49

Hi PC Musicants!Why I can't select A,B or C etc. section focus of Operator (for example), by hitting one of eidht the Axiom 49 pads ( Encoder Mappings for Live's instruments PRESET 19) ?
