Hello, I am new here, after contacting folks at Ableton live and receiving no help, i have stumbled upon your site, hoping someone will be able to help me. Twice now this problem has been very alarming given that i cannot open files saved and when i am on a deadline..it is really really bad. Here is my problem:

I have recently switched to Live 7.0.2 running on my macbookpro, along with my Digi 003 Rack, and external seagate drive. Midi/audio massive,NI ect.....
I also have the driver Audio COre V7.4. First of all my computer has been crashing alot when live is non active for a while, and the seagate drive has gone to sleep. I believe it is causing the midi link to be lost. Twice now after saving my session and attempted to quit the system, it has crashed. And after i restart the computer, then attemp to open my saved session file (.als) here is the message i get:

An error occurred while reading "/Volumes/Provocateur Project/Provocateur.als." Apparently, the document was created by a more recent, and incompatible, version on Live than this.
[Wrong class found. Expected a "Document" or subclass, found a "Projectinfo"]

I have tried everything i know.and no one is helping me..PLEASE HELP for i have this job i need to do, and all my elements are there...i couldn't even recreate them.

Include your log.txt file, your crash log/crash-reporter file and the corrupted Live set (just the .als file).
The log.txt can be found here: user/library/preferences/ableton/live 7.0.2
The crash-log/crash reporter file is here:
user/library/logs/crash-reporter/live_crash_log or LiveXXXXCrash

Please send the files as a .zip attachement.
