exclude some Midi CC in Option.txt ?

Hello,

i have an old Roland synth as my masterkeyboard and they send while playing still velocity note off CC (CC 123) over the keyboard . Its not possible to play ableton software synths with long release. They still chop the release time.

Can it do something in the option.txt to exclude CC 123 ?
