Ableton Forum

Every time I automate the track volume (fades) I get glitches/stuttering. Also I noticed the midi out indicator flashing. I started a new set and just created a single audio track and it still does this. I know the answer is probably buried somewhere in the forum, but I couldn't find it. Any ideas?

Edit: Ok, I figured out that this is related to my Remote SL compact, because when I turn it off it stops. Maybe some type of midi feedback?

Any ideas on this one? Currently I can work around this by either using the volume envelope within the clip view or turn off my midi controller. I'd like to know why this happening though
