Simpler patch changes

I use simpler as the main tool for my music production. I've made tons of patches and love how straightforward the instrument is. My only complaint is that I can't figure out a way to switch through patches with my midi controller like a hardward keyboard can.
I just want to be able to press a button on my keyboard and cycle through the patches without even having to use the mouse in a menu and look at the screen. This is one of the few weaknesses of a controller/software setup compared to a keyboard.
Or maybe I'm too daft to figure out how it can already be done?
